I'm not a very technical person. Can I still use your product?

Yes! We have created this product to fit many user levels.  From the beginning entry level computer user to the advanced.

What if you don't have a website design I want?

You'll probably find something you love even if it's not exactly what you had in mind. However, we can also build a new design by working with you directly to get it just the way you envision. Have a new design created with all the same built in tools and ease of use that existing designs have for just $500.

Can I use my Mac?

Yes.  The Ipoxi website builder is fully supported on mac via the Firefox and Safari browsers.

How can I transfer my current website to ipoxi?

There isn't any way to transfer your current website to Ipoxi but it may be time for a new one with a fresh look.  Easily cut and paste all your current website content into a whole new design.  Or you can have us rebuild your site with a new look but keeping you current content. A site rebuild is only $300.

What is Bandwidth and how much do I get with ipoxi?

Bandwidth is the measurement of the amount of data being sent from your website to the person viewing your website. 

Typically the more traffic you get on your site, the higher the bandwidth.  Measuring this gets a little more complex as there are more factors at play but the 10GB/month provided with a basic website package is plenty for most small business or personal websites.  Photo and video intensive sites will use more bandwidth than typical sites with less photos.  With Ipoxi, if you go over your 10GB/mo, you pay for the extra at 50¢/GB.

What is disk space and how much do I need?

Disk space is the amount of space your web site takes up on our servers. 

The more text and images you have on your site, the bigger your site, the more disk space you'll need.  Photos or video take up the most space so typically photo intensive sites like that of a photographer will be larger than most.  The ipoxi site that you are viewing right now takes about 10MB.
