I'm not a very technical person. Could I still use your product?

Yes! We have created this product to fit many user levels.  From the beginning entry level computer user to the advanced.

Can I have an original looking website with Ipoxi?

Yes! With ipoxi's flexibility you can swap out different components, use the full spectrum of the color wheel to match exact company colors, add your own photos and truly make your site your own.

What if you don't have a website design I need?

We are happy to build you a template to fit your needs if it is one that can benefit other businesses as well.  As we grow, the choices for templates will grow from the feedback and demands of our clients.

Do you submit my website to Search Engines?

Ipoxi does not submit your website because it's absolutely free to do it yourself. If we did it for you, we'd have to charge for our time. Our goal is to give you an affordable solution with guidelines on how to actually do it yourself - and that includes submitting your website to Search Engines.

Can I use my Mac?

Yes.  The Ipoxi website builder is fully supported on mac via the Firefox and Safari browsers.

How can I transfer my current website to ipoxi?

There isn't any way to transfer your current website to Ipoxi but it may be time for a new one with a fresh look.  Easily cut and paste all your current website content into a whole new design.  Custom work is now available at no additional charge.

Do I have to have a high speed internet connection?

No, but it is strongly recommended.  Since our product is a web application (meaning you can log in from any computer anywhere in the world with internet access), rather than software you would download to one or more computers, it works best on a high speed internet connection.

What is Bandwidth and how much do I get with ipoxi?

Bandwidth is the measurement of the amount of data being sent from your website to the person viewing your website. 

Typically the more traffic you get on your site, the higher the bandwidth.  Measuring this gets a little more complex as there are more factors at play but the 5GB/month provided with a basic website package is plenty for most small business websites.  Photo and video intensive sites will use more bandwidth than typical sites with less photos.  With ipoxi, if you go over your 5GB/mo, you can purchase each additional GB at $1/mo.

What is disk space and how much do I need?

Disk space is the amount of space your web site takes up on our servers. 

The more text and images you have on your site, the bigger your site, the more disk space you'll need.  Photos or video take up the most space so typically photo intensive sites like that of a photographer will be larger than most.  The ipoxi site that you are viewing right now takes about 30MB.
